Still Spirits essences have been designed for use with home distilled and carbon-filtered spirit. In countries where home distilling is illegal, vodka or grain alcohol can be substituted.

Making spirits is as simple as adding the essence, making liqueurs has also simplified by the introduction of Still Spirits base packs. Simply mix up the base pack with alcohol and water and add the essence to make your favourite liqueur.

Liqueurs
Still Spirits offfer a full range of liqueurs in the style of the worlds most famous liqueurs. They are not exact copies, but if you like the original you will undoubtedly like our offering. As each liqueur varies with thickness and sweetness, Still Spirits offer three different base packs that are used on these liqueurs.

Classic Liqueur Range
No evening entertaining is complete without a bottle of Still Spirits cream liqueur. We have a wide range available to satisfy any taste. These are extremely easy to mix, simply add the Still Spirits Cream Liqueur Base to any alcohol that is required on the essence label and top with water.

Schnapps Range
Still Spirits Schanpps range are made by mixing alcohol as indicated on the bottle label with the Schnapps base. These are ideal drunk as shots or over ice with lemonade. They also make a lovely topping for ice cream to make a simple, tasty dessert.

Classic Spirit Essences
Classic essences are the worlds best and are supplied in sachets within beautifully presented sleeves. Each sachet contains the essential oils required to emulate some of the finest spirits available in the world. The unique concept of providing these in sachets means there is no compromise to quality as is sometimes the case when trying to fit them into a small bottle. Classic essences flavour 2.25L or 3 x 26oz bottles.

Top Shelf Spirits
Professionally presented in a 50 ml bottle with individual tablets that give off clues as to the spirit that they emulate. A complete range of spirit essences to fill your liquor cabinet. Each bottle of essence flavours 2.25L or 3 x 26oz bottles.

Original Spirit Essences
The original range of essences are presented for the cost conscious distiller. Ideal for spirits that will be drunk with mixers of for use in cooking. Each bottle flavours 5 litres or 1.3 US Gallon.

Additives
Still Spirits offer a range of additives to assist you in making your own spirits and liqueurs.

• Mellow Oak - American oak extract used to add the "oak aged" effect to spirits and wines. Ideal for brandy, whiskey, dark rum and bourbon. Add depending on taste and store spirit for 7 to 10 days to allow oak character to fully develop.
• Glycerine - Used as a smoothing agent in liqueurs and some spirits. As little as 1 tspn per 1.125L or 40oz bottle will improve fullness and mouth feel.
• Distilling Conditioner - A de-foaming agent used in distilling to release built up carbon dioxide or to stop sugary washes from foaming.
• Distillers Caramel - A stable colouring agent used to give the golden brouwn hue to brown spirits.
• Premium French Oak - Used to give that "oak aged" effect to spirits and wines where a distinctive French oak flavour is required. Ideal for brandy, whisky, dark rum and bourbon. Add depending on taste and store spirit for 7 to 10 days to allow oak character to fully develop.
